Dotsie Bausch is an Olympian and silver medalist from the London 2012 Olympic Games, a 7-time U.S. National Champion, former World Record Holder and a 2x Pan American gold medal winner. In 2007, Bausch won two national titles in track cycling. She continued with her success on the track, breaking a world record along the way, and in August of 2012, became an Olympian, and competed on the track in the 2012 London Olympic Games, where she won a silver medal in the team pursuit event.

Bausch is the founder of a highly successful personal coaching business and has a reputation for being an enthusiastic motivator and trusted resource for guidance, information and feedback. She is also a color commentator for NBC and Universal Sports network, a motivational speaker, a national ambassador for NEDA (National Eating Disorder Association), a consultant for a variety of companies focusing on effective athlete management strategies in the technology space and the cycling expert for Ride 2 Recovery, which assists wounded veterans in healing through cycling.
